Description

This position is a support resource for the IT Department, Titan Shared Resource Center (SRC) and Store locations.

This position is a great fit for your career if you:

  • Assist with and /or manage special projects as directed
  • Assist with computer repair, configuration, deployment, and IT asset tracking
  • Provide over the phone and in person support
  • Document support calls in helpdesk software and grow knowledgebase
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networks systems and other equipment, research issues and identify solutions
  • Support desktop and laptop computers, Android, and iOS mobile devices
  • Support Office 365 applications, cell phone plans, printing, VOIP telephony and shipping software
  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

  • In process of obtaining Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT
  • Must be able to attend work regularly and reliably on a part-time schedule for a duration of 8-12 weeks (35-40 hours a week) during the summer months
