The City of Morris, MN is seeking a Maintenance III worker. This position would entail operation and maintenance of the City's water and wastewater systems, performing general maintenance and repairs on City equipment and buildings, maintaining streets and alleyways, snow removal and other tasks as assigned by the Public Works Director. Must possess a high school diploma or GED. Must have the ability to perform tasks requiring standing and walking for extended periods of time, climb stairs, and work with hands extended above head and in front of body, lift up to and carry 50 pounds, work outside and inside environments with noise and all temperatures and climate conditions. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a criminal background check. CDL preferred or ability to obtain a CDL within 6 months of employment. The city is requiring (or willingness to obtain) a Class D wastewater and Class D water license, within two years upon hire.
