The Titan Machinery Operations (Wholegoods) Internship will provide individuals with the opportunity to work within our multi-faceted Wholegoods and Equipment Analysis team. This experience will include assisting the Wholegoods and Used Equipment Analysis team in the development and improvement of company-wide processes. Individuals will get the opportunity to participate in  continued efforts to improve inventory turns, margins, commissions streamlining, attribute accuracy, wholegoods ordering timing, lien and UCC follow through, and the equipment evaluation process. Learning Objectives

  • The Intern will be exposed to WholeGoods
    • Whole good ordering accuracy and timing
    • Adding attributes and key information to units
    • Review of inventory to find information gaps that need correction
    • Settlement of contracts
    • Verification of programs (Internal and Manufacturing)
  • The Intern will be exposed to Used Equipment Analysis
    • Analysis of Internal Sold Data and Inventory levels
    • Equipment advertised and auction sold values in the Ag and CE Industry
    • Completing Equipment evaluations for ESCs
    • Assist in Equipment Value Audit Backup data
  • The Intern will be exposed to UCC process
    • Verifying Titan’s used equipment purchases are free and clear from all liens
    • Communicating with Leaders/ Funding sources
    • Update and track completion of paperwork showing Equipment purchases are free and clear
  • The Intern will be exposed to equipment industry knowledge and business practices
  • The Intern will participate in professional development activities
    • Contribute to department meetings
    • Presentation of various projects
  • All safety rules and regulations must be followed while performing work assignments
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Currently pursuing a degree in Sales, Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • Must be able to regularly and reliably attend work on a part-time schedule for a duration of 8-12 weeks (35-40 hours a week) during the summer months
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a high level of computer literacy
  • Must have Excellent Excel capabilities
  • Keen attention to detail and a high level of initiative and ability to work independently
  • Strong organization, decision making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently and cost effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time and work flexible hours
  • Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
