Social Worker Position – Stevens County Human Services


Are you passionate about helping children and families be their best? Stevens County is looking to fill a vacancy in its Child Protection Unit. Under direction, this person will provide professional child protection services to a variety of children, vulnerable adults, and family clients. Provide ongoing case management services and perform intake responsibilities on a rotating basis.


$28.66 - $38.50 DOQ

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in social work, psychology, sociology or closely related field in the behavioral sciences, or a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in any field and one year of experience as a social worker in a public or private social services agency.


The typical schedule is 37.5 hours per week. Monday through Friday. Informal on-call system. Additional hours may be required but vary based upon workload demands.
